About the Firm

Hannan, Giusti & Hannan L.L.P. is a New Orleans area law firm, headquartered in Metairie, LA, that consists of three partners: Michael D. Hannan, Marcus L. Giusti and Steven M. Hannan and a staff focused on providing our clients the absolute best representation in the areas that we practice.  For over 35 years, the firm has represented clients in the Greater New Orleans and Southern Louisiana area.  Two attorneys at the firm have over 30 years experience, as well as the benefit of a former CPA to help our clients through a myriad of legal matters.

 

At Hannan, Giusti & Hannan, we are commercial lawyers and handle the majority of the matters for the firm on business-related matters.  The majority of what we do include many issues that are financial-related either through the financial or banking industry.  We also have a robust focus on commercial real estate matters and closings and also maintain an active collection law practice.  Our attorneys also serve as counsel for our clients and provide them advice and guidance for all matters that they may face – transactional or business related.  If an issue impacts their business, we are there to serve and provide advice on how to proceed.

To that end, many of our clients include businesses aligned in this region.  We represent business and land owners that rent, sell or lease their businesses to a variety of owners and interests.  Our clients also include the representation of the restaurant industry and restaurant ownership groups, which is so pronounced in our area and a strong part of our economy.

The partnership of Hannan, Giusti & Hannan L.L.P. is a licensed issuing agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.  Many of our clients that we handle real estate matters and closings enjoy this aspect of the firm, making it convenient for one-stop service.
